For each $3 donation you will recieve one raffle ticket and get a chance to win some great prizes. The first 100 people who donate $3.00 will also recieve a free SWAG bag.

Rochester’s Food Not Bombs will be collecting non-perishable foods free of meat and animal products.

Food Not Bombs recover food that would have been discarded and share it as a way of protesting war and poverty. They also reduce food waste and meet the direct need in our community by collecting discarded food, preparing vegan meals that they share with the hungry while providing literature about the need to change our society.
Food Not Bombs also provide food to protesters, striking workers and organize food relief after natural and political crisis.

Parking is free on Saturdays! There’s a free garage at 194 Court St, Rochester, NY, which is about a 5 minute walk, as well as free (limited) street parking. No quarters needed.

Where is the Festival?

At The Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Park, formerly Manhattan Square Park in downtown Rochester.

How much does it cost?

There is a suggested donation of $3 or more per adult guest. These donations make VegFest possible.

What if it rains?

In case of rain: the show must go on! We have a few large tents and access to the indoor Lodge. An umbrella is never a bad idea in Rochester if the forecast calls for rain.

What should I bring?

There will be space on the grass to spread out and relax. You may wish to bring a reusable water bottle, picnic blanket, or yoga mat. There will also be tables and chairs inside the lodge.
